My time working with leaders has shown me that an effective coach can deepen their client’s understanding of self and that they can provide their client with the psychological tools to enrich their life. A great coach inspires those they work with and, through informed insight, can read the culture of a working environment and help to enrich it.

Nick is an acknowledged subject matter expert in the mapping and accreditation of military and civilian programmes to civilian awards for both higher and further education. One of his successes was the mapping of Regular Army Commissioning programmes to the postgraduate educational programmes however he has also had considerable success with mapping learning and development, management and team leading awards to a wide range of programmes thereby enabling individuals and groups to access fast track certification.
