Sport & Exercise Nutrition | PG Cert

This course is the first ever to be accredited by the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr), the national register for qualified sport and exercise nutritionists. Academically challenging, vocationally relevant and underpinned by evidence-based practice, it will focus on the study of nutrition in relation to sport and exercise.

You will gain a thorough understanding of the multidisciplinary aspects of sport and exercise nutrition and will be able to apply for graduate registration with the SENr.

We will provide opportunities for the development of professional skills applicable to performance sport, physical activity, exercise and health, including nutrition workshops and work-based placements. If you would like to gain additional practical experience alongside your academic study, there will be the opportunity to apply for an internship in an applied sport science setting, working with elite athletes under the guidance of a registered SENr practitioner.
